I have a technical, sales & marketing, training background. I worked as a field service technician, contract manager, business manager and have even taught people, to teach to teach people to teach their dogs (an Instructor trainer). I have discovered that I am able to combine these skills and help people overcome “technology challenges” they may be having.

I also love the advances in technology that allow me to help people remotely because I can help them whenever they need help, not just when I can get to a phone or be able to get to their physical location. Being able to share screens, see what the other person is experiencing, show them what they should see and them assist the other person in fixing their problem is a wonderful thing!

Today, Dr Sally Witt (from DrSallyWitt.com) interviewed me on Blog Talk Radio. It was a wonderful experience and Sally and the other participants enjoyed it so much, that we have scheduled another interview for late next week.
