Overcome Your Technology Challenges With Charly Leetham

Charly Leetham - How To!I have a technical, sales & marketing, training background. I worked as a field service technician, contract manager, business manager and have even taught people, to teach to teach people to teach their dogs (an Instructor trainer). I have discovered that I am able to combine these skills and help people overcome “technology challenges” they may be having.

I also love the advances in technology that allow me to help people remotely because I can help them whenever they need help, not just when I can get to a phone or be able to get to their physical location. Being able to share screens, see what the other person is experiencing, show them what they should see and them assist the other person in fixing their problem is a wonderful thing!

Online Video Production

Charly Leetham - Online Video ProductionAre you struggling producing your videos for online or DVD production?

I AM AVAILABLE to help you. I have experience in producing videos to be displayed on your website, or to be produced to DVD. My services allow you to do the recording, either screen capture or live recording, upload it to me and I will edit it and produce it so that you can display it appropriately.

Why can I help you? I use my services myself, you are dealing with the person who does the work. I will only accept the work that I can deliver within the agreed timeframe - and yes, I will check when you require something and give you a realistic estimate of when I can do the work. If that works, then GREAT!

An example of my editing work can be seen below, and there are more examples on this blog and at How To Videos Central.

I can generally turn around video editing within 48 hours, so you don’t need to worry about long lead times.

To find out more about my services, or to request an edit, please complete the form below.

Twitter Tips and a Question

With Twitter, you connect to a wider International community by sending, and reading, 140  character text messages.  The question that your Twitter interface generally asks is “What are you doing now?”  Take that question and respond with imagination.

Blogging, SEO and Twitter

On April 29, I reported that just using Twitter as a mechanism to increase your blogs rankings in the Search Engines wasn’t going to work, simply because the Twitter links are marked “No Follow”.

So, to continue my SEO experiment, I left my blog running and turned on pinging services. The results are far more interesting.

The Great Twitter and SEO Experiment (Day 1)

Today, I set up my new blog to test the effect of Twitter on Search Engine Rankings.

Just a quick recap - there has been discussion amongst a group of colleagues that suggests that Tweeting your links will help raise their rank in Googles Search Engine. Is Your Blog Fresh?

One of the things that challenges that I am faced with in running my blogs (and I have several) is finding new and interesting information to post about. I am well aware of the fact that great content is a necessity to keep my readers interested and get them to come back and I am equally aware that it is important to keep my content original.

To me, this means that I spend considerable time each week finding this new and interesting information that is pertinent to my niche and then spend more time writing about what I find to make the content unique.

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy doing this and consider it part of the learning process.
